Become a Corporate SponsorThe Friends of Eagle River Nature Center was formed to operate the Nature Center and provide people with opportunities to learn more about the Eagle River Valley and Chugach State Park through interpretive education and outdoor opportunities. We are a volunteer-operated organization, with only a full-time equivalent staff of three. Our volunteers provide thousands of hours of service to keep the doors of the facility open, to provide informational services, to clean facilities, to maintain trails, and to assist with programs. All that is accomplished at the Eagle River Nature Center is the product of a high level of volunteer spirit and the generosity of our corporate community and foundations.
