Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To make reservations, contact our naturalist at (907) 694-9255 or email naturalist@ernc.org. Please provide your name & contact information, date and time of requested visit, estimated # of children and adults. Also, please let us know if your group is planning to eat lunch at any of our public areas.
Upon receiving your request and finding a mutually agreed-upon date/time for your program, our naturalist will send you a Contract for you to sign and return together with a $50 minimum deposit to hold your reservation.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours of scheduled program are subject to forfeiting the $50 deposit, except in the case of significantly bad weather, 0 Fahrenheit or lower temperatures (K-8th grade) or road conditions.

If you need to cancel or re-schedule your program, call us immediately. If you have not called our naturalist at (907) 694-9255 before 9am on the day of your program, your deposit will not be refunded.
