How to Dress in Winter

Temperatures can reach the teens or lower during the winter months.  For K-8th grade, the Nature Center will not take children outdoors if the temperature reaches 0 degrees or less.

Students should come prepared for the weather during winter programs. Students should have mittens or gloves, warm hats, warm jackets, boots, and snow pants or winter underwear beneath trousers.
