School Field Trips (Guided)

ALL FIELD TRIPS REQUIRE A RESERVATION WITH AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE.

For your fieldtrip, you may choose from our list of Program Topics for a naturalist-guided fieldtrip.Alternatively, you may come on a Self-guided Field Trip (Reservation required for groups over 20). If you would like us to come to bring our program to your classroom, you can request an Outreach Program.

COST
Naturalist-guided programs cost $6/student (minimum $60) for half-day (program up to 2 hours). For a full-day visit, reserve morning and afternoon slots). A deposit of $60 is required to hold your reservation.

ON-LINE RESERVATION

You can now view availability and submit a field trip request.

Once your field trip is approved (up to 3 days) you will receive a confirmation email. You will then need to submit the deposit ($60) to hold your reservation. Please mail a check or pay below with your credit card. Please indicate the date of the field trip and your school name.

Please provide your name & contact information, date and time of requested visit, estimated number of children and adults. We also need to know if you’re planning to eat sack lunches. ASD teachers can make their requests with ASD Community Resources at 742-4146 (or Fax requests to 742-4137). A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all reservations and changes.
