Schools and youth groups may choose from the following programs, or from the Junior Naturalist topics listed under our Calendar. - Wildflowers (available off-season as slideshow)
- Uses of Native Plants (available off-season as slideshow)
- Snow studies
- Winter survival (optional: build a shelter, fire)
- Animal winter adaptations (optional: snowshoes for 30 students)
- Feeding Winter Birds (optional: make bird treats)
- Craft programs, such as miniature birchbark canoes or nature printing
- Scout-specific badges, such as the Forester badge, Conservation badge, etc.
