Eagle River Challenge 2011IMPORTANT RACE INFORMATION: This is a wilderness race. The course may contain sticks, rocks, loose gravel, stumps, racers and other trail users. Please exercise caution. You are running in bear and moose territory. Emergency personnel will be available. Race coordinators and volunteers will not be responsible for any injuries incurred in the race. There are no water stations on the course, but water will be provided at start/finish areas. Please bring water with you. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my family, my heirs, executors and administrators, forever waive, release from liability and wave any and all claims (whether for personal injury, death, illness, property damaged and/or property loss),including claims for negligence, which I may have as a result of my participation in this race, against the following: Friends of Eagle River Nature Center, Inc., its officers, board members, race organizers,volunteers, race sponsors, Chugach State Park, and other participants in this race. I acknowledge that trail running in Alaska has risks (both known and unknown) inherent in it, and in signing this entry form it is my intention to accept those risks, and all consequences thereof, for myself alone. I acknowledge that I have read this release in its entirety and understand and agree to be bound by its terms, and that I am signing it voluntarily without duress or undue entirety, without influence from anyone.
