175 years ago, Henry David Thoreau started living in a simple cabin he built on Walden Pond. The resulting book Walden is one of America's most celebrated
works of literature: a collection of Thoreau’s reflections on the natural world and simple living. Naturalist Beth Baker will talk about Thoreau’s
life and legacy, with an emphasis on his stay at Walden Pond.
